We analyzed the client's vision, business strategy, and application landscape in depth. We created the strategic design for transformation to create a scalable, maintainable, and robust solution with financial integrity and control. 

The transformation process was structured in eight key capabilities. We defined the LA, L2, L3, and L4 requirements in the design phase. 

We built a full-stack build and app with 3500 functions across 18 L1 process areas.
